Perhaps Europe need to abondon their region 1, and change to region 2 instead.

Second, the labor cost in Indonesia is also higher.
Third, the gono-gini in Indonesia is high.
This is really a hard choice. Either support the goverment to be nationalistic and force all other company to produce in Indonesia and let Indonesian buy at higher price.
