and you mean efficiency for OLED? no they are only efficient when turned off, that's why dark mode is popular. thickness and weight? lol this tablet have almost the same battery size and weight compared with S9+. Where did the saved weight go on S9+? can you elaborate?

Just Checked in Lazada herein SEA:

        8/256GB ~ 497USD
        12/256GB ~ 551USD
        12/512GB ~ 605USD
        12/1TB ~ 691USD

        Pen and case sold separately.

This is actually a really good tablet for the price and if you're a very serious artist, the 8192 levels of pressure is a very good pen.
Holy mother of tablet, Xiaomi has released a very competitive one, It will be a really good upgrade for my Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2021.

Darth Caesium, 15 Apr 2024Let me list you all the relevant phones with OLED screens t... moreDear, just little problem.

Tests performed by Notebookcheck show these chinese phones all have less than 480Hz.
Some of them even less than 100.

Just another fake marketing to fool clients in China.
Just like the charging speed these phones do not reach.

Darth Caesium, 15 Apr 2024I'm sure it's a very high quality LCD panel, but ... moreAnyway, they had to cut cost on that area, and that's that.

Gaming needs good sound without any delay as sound give you a lot more info then visuals and you need it to be without lag or delay. I played fps games on computer for like 20 years and were called cheater a lot of times by noobs who tough the sound is for effects only and didnt understand why i find them so easly when they run and make a lot of sound

dcdev, 15 Apr 2024What about Galaxy s9? Is pwm bigger than 3000? I think no,... moreLet me list you all the relevant phones with OLED screens that either have high PWM dimming rates or that and DC dimming:

dcdev, 15 Apr 2024What about Galaxy s9? Is pwm bigger than 3000? I think no,... moreIf it cost too much, then why is Realme using 4320Hz PWM dimming in addition to DC dimming on their $600 phone? It's actually fairly cheap to do, it's just that companies like Samsung don't care, and it hurts their bottom line by a tiny amount, which they care way too much about. Honor also uses it across the board with their lineup, with even some of their lower-end phones getting at least 1920Hz PWM dimming. Hell, the Honor 90 GT, which is sold for around $300-$400 and comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and up to 24GB of RAM, has 3840Hz PWM dimming.

Darth Caesium, 15 Apr 2024Look. My comment was also meant to ask, how is it a crutch?... moreYou called IPS trash, because you don't have problems with oled. Maybe you don't know that not everyone feel not so good when they use oled. They are more sensitive. And oled can be trash for them.
I would try oled display with my PC, but I spend a lot of time on work with it and don't want to go blind.

You'd enjoy all of the benefits of OLED while not having your eyes suffering either. Unfortunately, only a few of these phones have it, though plenty of Chinese OEMs have ridiculously high PWM dimming rates, with the current highest rates being 4320Hz (as opposed to a typical OLED display's 240Hz, which I agree is disgustingly low). The number of people who have sensitivity to PWM at 4320Hz is 0, because many clinical trials have proven that humans cannot be sensitive to PWM rates above 3000Hz.

So, I like to read something before sleep in dark room, and you push oled that can hurt my eyes.
I shouldn't use AMOLED just because you like it.
I want to have choice, competition.
Why can't you understand other people?

And if you want an IPS display, fine. But an OLED display with DC dimming only has one downside to IPS: burn-in. And burn-in is being corrected through software pixel shifting so well that you'd have to non-stop stress test these displays on the same image nowadays for potentially years before anything actually happens. And if there's something I've missed that you so like about IPS displays that OLED displays don't have, then please feel free to tell me.

If you mean PWM, I have no clue how you could disable that on gour device, but I myself do get sensitive to PWM in environments where there's little to no light, and otherwise I have no problems.
