Using "big words" now in order to go defensive? Sure call it whatever you want, I just made an example of another company that had a problem, which still stands. I know what Transsion did, but I also know that they are done with it and have been for years, so that problem doesn't stand anymore.

"Triada malware installs a piece of code known as xHelper onto compromised devices, automatically subscribing users without their knowledge to services that consume pre-paid airtime — the only way to pay for digital products in many developing countries.

"The xHelper trojan persists across reboots, app removals and even factory resets, making it extremely difficult to deal with even for experienced professionals, let alone the average mobile user," Secure-D, which is owned by mobile technology company Upstream, said in a statement."

On the other hand I also remember Samsung and their Note 7. Does anyone care about that anymore? No. Have we forgetten about it? Most people likely haven't. Is it still an issue? Well, the exact same thing isn't, but Samsung still very much has issues with bloated batteries, though most would claim that due to their slow charging it's not a thing. They can claim whatever, it still happens way too often.

Not even close to being a Xiaomi trademark. In the early days Sony, LG, HTC, Sharp and Samsung all had it, while Xiaomi was nowhere to be found.

"Also there phones has ads just like the old miui software skin to reduce the cost of the device."

        Wrong, there are no ads.

HiOS and XOS have been improving a lot in the last years, but ads? I owned Note 10 Pro, Hot 11S and have a Zero X Pro from Infinix, 1 from Tecno Camon 18P and they never showed ads. I probably got more ads with my old Redmi 6 than with all four from Transsion. Only one that gave me troubles was my Infinix Zero X Pro, but nothing that I could solve in some hours.

But yes, they must do something with bloatwares. Some ways of solving that could be making them decent for use to the point you don't need another app, allowing the user to keep or unninstall them, or get rid of them all.

Anyway... Xiaomi wasn't a trustful brand years ago. People always told me I would lose money and have my data stolen when using an "unknown and weird brand". Years later, they are in top 3 and despite the many slips they had, the brand earned a respectable name.

I see the same happening with Tecno, Infinix and Itel in some years, maybe with way less of the same slips Xiaomi did in the past, but that depends solely of themselves.

What Transsion Holdings is continuously doing with its brands (Tecno, Infinix and Itel) is basically what Xiaomi did in the past: Consistently releasing affordable phones for all needs and overall solid specs instead poluting the market with at least 13 models of the same line, like Xiaomi did with Redmi Note 12.

People asked for OS updates, and they are listening. Tecno Camon 30 series and Infinix Note 40 series will get more updates and I didn't noticed any absurd rise in their prices because of that. No accessories were removed from the box, it was the oposite: Tecno Camon 30 comes with TSW earbuds, other phones by Infinix comes with wireless charging pad and stuff.

Unfortunatelly, people think that when you like a brand or two, you automatically CAN'T criticize them for this or that, or you're not a "real fan", when is through those critics that brands will understand what's customer's needs and try to improve.
