          MindTheGap, 18 Apr 2024God I hope this is true, while at the same time I hope they... moreThe reason why Dimensity 7K series might go Quad is because SD6 Gen 1 and the upcoming 6 Gen 2 and 7s Gen 3 who are already Quad Core in both cases.
          Expecting at least going to the performance of SD 870 or Exynos 1480 in both cases.
          The issue might be GPU which might be just a Quad Core config. It would be a miracle if go Penta.

          Also the Dimensity 6K series going that way is to counter the confirmed upcoming SD4 Gen 3. In this case is likely that might reach on the level of SD 860 (not 865) or at least beat Exynos 1380. It can go Dual or Tri core. Maybe Mediatek will release both GPU configs... Dual GPU as 6250 and Tri GPU as 6300.

Last time we got phone phone with D6080 and D6100+ here, the pricing almost similar (except Itel P55 5G, that one is crazily cheap for a 5G phone, technically the cheapest 5G phone that ever released in our country) to the older phone with older-but-superior Snapdragon 695, which is more worth it with the same pricing.

                  I think realme own has destroyed The value of its number series phone by putting the same design in every phone weather it is low mid or high

                          - D7300 being a lower clock D8300 with 2 less GPU cores
                          - D6300 being a Dual A715 core with 3 GPU cores...

                            Also this is the 11th Realme phone that uses the exact same camera design. (No, I'm serious lol).
                            They really compete with Samsung and Apple in the competition to recycle the same design for their phones lol.

                              So, there's no Dimensity 6200?
                              But hey, at least I hope this can be a true sucessor of D6080 (yes, D6080, not D6100+, since technically the D6100+ is a slight downgrade compared to D6080. It's performance core is 200mHz lower than 6080 (2.4GHz vs 2.2GHz)).
