Jeez, CNY 9000? That's $2,000 in real converted prices if the phone were to go international.
Big storage markups as always.
Anyways, these phones could be interesting to see tested. I want to see how the performance and cameras fare.

Few years ago I was thinking the same and now I think it's much better without.
For the updates I use APK Pure and it works well.

Huawei store is no where as good as Google, i say this as a major supporter of Chinese tech

Just waiting for :
1. Faster SoC (Kirin 9010 is really not even as fast as SD 888)
2. More bands / network coverage
3. Better price (1200 for 16G/1TB is not competitive)
Camera is again killer. Hope Huawei manages a comeback despite all the silly sanctions.

It could be smaller but maybe they will be not able to put the same components even if the battery is smaller.
I am curious to hear the specialists about this.

It's basically standard, and it's probably the smallest phone with a 6.6 inch display. No way I'd call it giant, the vivo X Note is giant, from my point of view it's actually quite small, but it's at maximum big.

I'm so dissappointed with P70. 158*73 is not just too big, it's giant. Huawei decided to ignore its clients and go the way of HTC and Meizu. They've been told years and years that this is not what their customers want, but looks like Huawei management doesn't care much of their smartphone business anymore.
And at this point P70 Pro will flop just as P60 Pro did. There was little difference in capabilities and price.
At this point Huawei CEO SHOULD step in now and make a promise to make P70 compact with all same hardware as P70, but size under 147x70 and just smaller battery.

But h... moreI just wanted to comment that few days or weeks ago someone commented on this that it is ugly.. and I knew that they will change mind.. it is always ugly generic photo as they don't care about angles or shininess etc.. it is just for gsma generic photo and they will just certify it..

SanDisk, Panasonic (Matsushita), and Toshiba formed the SD Association in January 2000.
You can hapilly buy nm card reader to normal usb.. and use it in PC/laptop..
