Really worrying for all these foreign countries company earning in India. The more they earn, the more they will be FINE on whatever accusation of wrong running business in India. In 21st century, Somali pirates look more reasonable and fair than some countries state govt.

They don't care about updates, in fact, they afraid updates.
Many of them have the phone with ORIGINAL OS version. They don't want to update because they don't feel the need to do it, and they don't feel any benefit to doing it.

Been using OnePlus 7T for 4.5yrs & it still is snappy, decent camera by modern standard, usb 3.1 etc. i can easily use it for 2 more yrs but it's 3800mah battery is just giving up & OnePlus service centres don't have the battery.
Now I'm forced to change my device... Still clinging to it as long as i can.

Like galaxy A55 is priced around 45-50k but for same price you can get OnePlus 12r or iqoo 12. If you just add 10k more to your budget you can get OnePlus 12. All these devices are way better than what scamsung offers.

People don't change their LAPTOP, DESKTOP, TV, AC, FRIDGE etc. within short amount of time, i guess.
Well, some people are just addict who changes their phone too fast.
Most modern phones can be used for at least 3 to 5 years nowadays.
I am using a 2020 phone and took it after ditching a 2015 phone.
I spent 5 years.
In the end user choice it is.

Better support. Better experience overall. And I've used Xiaomi and Realme as well as Sony and iPhone. Don't know about the past but now Samsung kills them all. Yeah for cheap ones maybe it is trash.

Ofc when you compare samsung to qualcomm, mediatek, smic etc, samsung won't be investing as much into chipsets as they are. The R&D budget is also going to everything else in the phone. Also when you look at market research, marketing, and sales channels, Samsung outshine everyone else.

Everyone else: Yeah, Exynos is proof having R&D center doesnt mean everything will perform well. And 22% of Samsung phones are ODM by companies like Wingtech from China (ironic, isnt it?)
