I would want the ultra but no special features, and too expensive.

Azu10157, 24 Apr 2024Well I guess I can see your point. Thanks god at least someone have still open eyes and impaired vision.
Anyway thank you, THANK YOU BUDDY.

$619 for last year base model and storage refurbished flagship? Come on! Who's gonna buy it? O.o?

True ecology means using good products for a long time.

Azu10157, 23 Apr 2024Outdated is when your phone still has updates, apparently.Outdated is when your hardware cant keep with software.
Try to run Diablo Immortal on Samsung S10 not possible.
Try to run it on Iphone 11 which still gets updates. Not possible.
Play genshin impact at most details and maxed resolution. Not possible without laggs bugs and many else.
Your desirable phone can last even 1000 years and can get even 1000 years of app updates but as long as your hardware cant get updated and your phone will be unable to run latest and newest apps its obsolette and useless.
So that why i swap my phone every 2 years and trying to sell it when it still have decent value 5-10 years old devices have zero value for ale and are good for E-Waste regardless of a brand. The only exception is Vertu.

RobinArc, 22 Apr 2024If they really care about environment, they should release ... moreWhile I don't agree that manufacturers should produce phones every 2-3 years, I agree on the mindset that we shouldn't be upgrading our phones as often. Don't get why anyone will buy every damn year, just for "latest & greatest" that they won't even feel since all they do is text and play Candy Crush.

I wonder if Samsung replace the screen with the new one,
because OLED/AMOLED after 1 year is a pain to look at.

“ lower YOUR environmental impact “ their ad says! As in we are the problem , not them, for manufacturing millions of phones that end up in landfill!

Seems like very expensive prices. You could get a brand new one for that price.

Mijing, 22 Apr 2024Have you ever heard about Huawei? They are using kirin9000 ... moreThey can only improve a little due to the restrictions the US places on them. I am talking about the other makers like Qualcomm, Mediatek, Apple, Samsung, who's processors improve by a significant amount each year. It's impossible to tell a business not to sell a new phone for 2 years, they'll simply fall out of relevance...

Outdated phone is a no for me and regardless of a brand and number of updates for OS and Security you cant play latest and newest games on old device even if it was a flaghip.
                              No thanks.

Then they spent the past decade telling others to shift to inefficient solar and wind energy. And avoid nuclear and oil. Lmao. What a sick bunch.
