      "significantly thinner" - 0.41mm

I repeat - ZERO POINT FOUR ONE MILLIMETER - that's less than HALF a millimeter.

      This is ridiculous.

Anonymous, 25 Apr 2024Unless you're arguing the difference between Xperia 1 ... moreWhat argument? lol. I said I don't like curved sides. I've used flat and curved before and I prefer curved. You're the one going on about curved screens. Phones like the 24 Ultra have a curved sides but flat screen, that's fine lol.

Ouifuf, 25 Apr 2024Looks like someone can't read. I said flat SIDES not f... moreUnless you're arguing the difference between Xperia 1 III (curved metal) and Xperia 1 V (flat metal), your argument makes no sense.

The curved screen on the X100 Pro goes all the way to the metal side, which is ever so slightly curved along its exceedingly narrow surface (since the back is also curved). Thus, it doesn't have straight sides partly because the screen and back are close enough to be considered parts of the side. You wouldn't be able to tell if the metal part between the front and back was curved or straight because it's 4 mm thick.

The best phone to hold is the Redmi 10X Pro. Has well rounded back, flat front, and is a bit narrower.
Now, I really hope the X100s Ultra will have a phone jack so that an easy way of attaching external mike will add top quality audio to top quality video.

Just my opinion, 25 Apr 2024wow non curved screen. there is hope for x100 pro plus/ultraPro and Ultra will still be curved

Lol it's safe to say that Vivo, Oppo & co birth phones like swamp wallabies that is capable of being pregnant after 2 days of birth of an underdeveloped joeys(baby)

Ouifuf, 25 Apr 2024Hate flat sides. Much less comfortable than curved That's the idea of this model though to give a choice. It's practically the same phone as the Vivo x100 but just with flat sides and a flat screen. Therefore there is a choice. Those who like curved screens and sides can choose the x100. Those who like flat screens can choose the x100s. Everyone (assuming they are living in China) is a winner!

Positive, 25 Apr 2024Y'all should stop asking for innovation. Dear vivo, pl... moreFor all the camera bump and "overprocessing" haters:

I'm looking outside right now. There is a water pump 30 meters away with an orange tag. Without my camera, I cannot even tell that the tag has writing on it. With the 100x zoom of the X100 Pro, I can read the writing on the tag. Yes, I know it's not "real" zoom past 4.3x, and yet...

the optics and processing on this camera are mindblowing, and it also handles other photo modes (sport, night, wide angle) swimmingly.

I'll take a huge bump if it means such a versatile device for capturing all of my future memories.
