A tablet certainly has it's place for me.

Unpopular opinion: All tablets are oversized phones that dont even fit in your pocket and (most) cant even make calls. Any reason you would use a tablet either a phones and a computer would be better. Its a jack of all trades but master of none at best. Feel free to change my mind.

There is no Poco in China. So basically Poco and Redmi have the same phones. Just Redmi's more performance oriented phones are rebranded as Poco globally. It's good for consumers though when a Redmi gets rebranded as a Poco because the price is usually better. When Xiaomi launches a 'Chinese redmi phone' under the Redmi brand globally usually they bump up the pricing by a higher percentage than they do when they launch a 'Chinese Redmi phone' under Poco branding globally

Anonymous, 23 Apr 2024Lol 🤣🤣 Xiaomeme strikes again! King of rebranded is back 🤣🤣They’re certainly living up to their “Xiaomeme” name and reputation, lol.

It will depend on the markets: The POCO Pad should be available where the Redmi Pad Pro is not available

Redmi: Cheap to midrange, but feature filled.

Poco: Cheap to midrange, performance orientated, and with good screens for the price but less features.

T: Upper midrange phones, almost flagship grade, but with less premium builds and at a lower cost than true flagships.

And their Xiaomi line, which is flagship.

It's simply to divide their devices into the segments that cater to certain buyers.

i think the only original poco product was F1 afterwards they were just soulless rebrands of Redmi and mi series
it really makes no sense for poco to exist if same product are available under redmi

Poco watch and Poco Buds Pro were a thing, and then the series was forgotten. Let’s see if it’s the same with this one.
