no wonder samsung gets sued by apple. they're copying the idea of using the same design on their succeeding phones.

C'mon, everyone knows by now what the Note 3 will look like. What everyone would rather want to know is what is inside. I want to see the screen on and playing videos or showing vibrant pictures etc... what CPU/GPU it's running and what possible additional features it might have over the S4. The Note 3 is going to replace my S3.
Hope they clock the A15 cores on the Octa at 1.8 or 2.0 Ghz, and the A7's at 1.4...

Note 2 with 5.5" screen is perfect. I don't undestand why samsung make a bigger screen for note 3. It will be difficult to be handled with One hand.

If you're all complaining about similar designs then wait next year. All the flagships and related models will display DESIGN 3.0 and will have a different look than the 'Nature inspired' DESIGN 2.0, you can then criticize Samsung if you still feel it doesnt suffice.

Started with S3
then Note 2, S4, S3 mini, Grand, Galaxy S Duos, Ace 3 Tab 8, S4 active
all having similar designs

Again cheap plastic. No youm flexible display. Piece of trash. Definitely not upgrade my SGS4 with this one.
