              That is such a chad move, the US is the one that'd be hurt because even though Tik Tok had a big market there with all the creators and stuff, they've got all they need now, worldwide recognition and plenty of content creators elsewhere now as well. The US content creators are gonna have problems and the users are gonna just move onto other apps. The US ad providers get one less place to put ads in as well. And yeah of course China's gotten the info and stuff of the users, I'm not gonna blindly hate or support either country but when the US pulls moves like the new law you just wonder why the US is though of as the good guys even though they do the same thing like you're comparing a democracy in the US to a dictatorship in China and they're doing the same things lmao

              Pathetic but hey, everyone's pathetic now, like TikTok and short form content like Vine and Musical.ly being such huge apps just proves it further.

                    Don't use or never intended to use TikTok. Facebook deleted like 10 years ago. The only social media that I use now is Instagram and Twitter (X) but strictly just to follow my favorite singers. No followers or people that know me in real life even know I have Instagram and Twitter (X). So, yeah. Instagram get less about me. Not even my location. Just my country where I live. My email I used to register, is basically blank email. I didn't used the same email for other things. Never granted my precise location to both apps and my location service always turn off. My telco network location always lock somewhere far away from my location. Literally like thousand miles away some places in my country. This how I protect my self.
