I'm enjoying my Reno 8 5G! I might consider upgrading in a couple of years, but for now, I'm thrilled with it.

    Not sure why Oppo going back to Reno 6's camera design after the wild designs of the Reno 11 series. Well, the Reno series only have 6 months product cycle so I guess Oppo can experiment a bit.

          What's going on? First OnePlus releases nord with simple vertical layout like Samsung, now Oppo? Next thing you know realme will do it.

If You get 2 Years - 5 Years Old Design with different color , it'll matter cuz people are spending 💰 money not for some common design understand this. It's not budget where you accept common design. Also according to trend these days, people expect Reno Series to come with Big Camera Islands like Find X7 Series. So that's why they don't like Reno 11 Series Design.

              I know some people hate the design of this phone, personally It's better than the Reno11, man did the camera island look odd on the R11.

                        Seriously, people complaing about the design make me laugh, it's the hardware/software features which count not how it looks. I have to read these stupid comments every time, you're all more annoying than mosquito in a forest in summer.

                          Copy of Vivo V27 Pro with Green Color & without Aura Light. Seriously, Oppo needs to prioritise Consumer Needs over repeatedly launching same processor phones with different designs.

                          I mean, would it have been bad if it would have gotten 7 Gen 3 at least. Even Vivo V30,S18 & S19 got this one & that too less than an year of launch, should learn something from them. Oppo Reno 12 Pro is getting D8300 but I don't like it. Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus is still the best Reno device these days. It nicely competes with Oppo Reno 2 5G(10x Zoom Edition) & goes neck to neck with it.

                            Its just the reno 11 pro, all oppo do are just rebrand their phone into next number and after 2 models they just updated the preinstalled os version, thats the problem in insisting on a half a year cycle (the reno 11 is just basically the reno 10 with newer android version and now this reno 12 is just the reno 11 pro but of course the android version remains the same)
                            They should just stop their stupid idea of releasing newer models in 6 months time so they stop polluting electronic waste

                              Hope it has a dedicated sd card slot.

                                honestly, the design is worse than 10 and 11. i mean that camera module is so generic.

                                  12mp ultrawide would be great in this.

                                    I seriously don't get the hate on the Reno11 series design. Yes, the camera modules were a bit small, making it look somewhat quirky, but overall, paired with those premium textures on the back, they're not a bad at all.

                                        PLEASE. The design is literally everything! Im expecting the global release will have this design, upgraded chipsets and stereo speakers on the pro version. Maybe the vanilla one will have
                                        D7200 and the pro running either D8300 or 8200
