Huawei Pura 70 Ultra battery life test is ready

15 May 2024
The phone's Kirin 9010 chipset is held back by the old 7nm node that it was made on, but it still does quite well in some tests.

Anonymous, 16 May 2024Get through honor. Only dumb people think both have been a... moreHow could they get a 4g Snapdragon 8 gen 3 chip from Honor? Honor would have to order a special one to be made and then it would be incredibly easy to trace with the consequence that Honor would end up being destroyed by sanctions. That makes no logical sense.

notafanboy, 16 May 2024Mr. Expert over here thinks he knows more than the US government.and who told you that the US government is smart, for God sake the government boycott the Huawei so they would have to produce their own chips and boost their innovations.

CamoGeko-XDA, 16 May 20247nm in 2024 just kills a phone for me, why bother lolperf/Watt is of more interest than the process node number.

It can tell you for example that Samsung nodes perform worse than other nodes, even when they claim it's the same nanometers.

Intel calls its 10nm node Intel 7. It's kind of arbitrary.

How good is the Kirin 9010 in perf/W? Can it beat the 7nm king sd865? Sd870 might be faster but not more efficient than sd865.

How does it compare to other 7nm chipsets like sd865?

They are separate entities for a reason, otherwise Honor phones would've been just Huawei phones with GMS, and Huawei would have no reason to continue operating their mobile division.

Anonymous, 16 May 2024Good, then no need to attack island to have control over tsmc Ofcourse they have the right to dispatch foreign yank invaders if needed be.

It's decent, but can be improved.
