The pricing of both Phones is a bit stupid. Also the pricing in this article doesn't tell the complete story.
They have Priced Camon 30 5G at 20K.
Last year they had launched the Camon 20s Pro at 20K.
One little search reveals, you can get Camon 20s Pro 5g with better processor for 15-16K today. They should have atleast matched their own 'Pro' device's current pricing with non pro version.
Then comes the Premier Version. They have priced it at 37K with free a Smartwatch (Which they claim is worth 5K).
IMO It would have been far better if they just priced it 32K-35K without the smartwatch. If i want a smartwatch, I would rather buy a smartwatch i like, than being forced one upon me.
Regardless. Within a few months, both the devices should definitely get price cuts.
Last year they launched the Pro version at 20k and Premier Version at 30K. And they didn't sell well. Ended up with heavy price cuts.

The Premier has a better main sensor, plus 2 additional (not 1) 50 MP cameras and also a much more potent D8200 chip, not to mention that you completely ignored the 8/256 vs 12/512GB config difference.

Badly priced both of them. 1 useful camera at 23k? 2 OS + 3 years security updates, pfft budget devices get that much. Why should I pay 40k for that? Because you added 1 camera that can do 3x? It costs that much more?

Camon 30 Premier should please all the people in here who want the cameras for cheaper price. Get all the 3 cameras on 50mp ultrawide, wide and Periscope-telephoto
Performance with D8200 is also on the range of Samsung S22

IpsDisplay, 18 May 2024I'm not trolling when I say this but the low light vid... moreNot just low light.. it's one of the best video recorder phone out there, with the caveat of stabilisation. Buy a mobile gimbal you got an excellent video camera there.. excellent value for money.

I'm surprised they didn't have the Pro. Also, I saw their box. It's not the standard white and blue one, but an actual unique one and it looks cool.
Also, this guy saying the design is stolen must be trolling. There's only so many ways you can house the cameras without it looking weird or affecting usability.

I'm not trolling when I say this but the low light video on the camon premier 5g is close to Sony's top Xperia 1 vi
Sony has better stabilization by a mile but the actual video quality in low light is comparable.. I'm not saying they are equal but not a massive gap as the price would imply between the two
