Apple shouldn't be dancing around antitrust laws however...
Spotify isn't doing itself any favors barely paying the artists and STILL not offering the one feature Apple Music (alongside Prime Music HD, Tidal, and Qobuz) kills Spotify on: HiFi 24-bit playback. It's unbelievable that they STILL don't have this feature when the competition is already ahead of them. They have more to worry about than how Apple is managing their App Store...

Don't worry guys.
Apple will either have to pay the original fine or have to pay more over time. Apple is obviously being greedy here and is in the wrong.

I was defending Apple previously, but if they are anti steering then they deserves to be fined for anti competiveness.
