Because Edge 50 Pro is far better in all aspects such as processor, charging speed, display, RAM version and water proof too. Samsung never mention the RAM version that they use in mid range.

If it sells like hot cakes, ain't no way price gonna drop. If it stops selling, anything will have a reduced price until it sells.
Ultimately, customers and sellers together decide the price by demand and supply.
Even today, I can't tell the approx. price of anything, months later from now.
Suppose S23FE absolutely stops selling because customers reject it, you might get one for $250 too.

Samsung fans can stay angry but I'm not one of the fools who bought something that has lost up to 40% its value in just 2 months after launch.

The intelligent user will get the subtle hint... if they know anything about the M55.
I'm amazed at how much feedback GSMA takes from its users at this level of success, over the 19~ years, I recall at least 3 such incidents where my own voice made an impact. Thank you.

Don't buy it.
Its basically the 2.1 star rated failure phone, the M55 in a new skin.
If you want a clearly better phone in EVERY aspect out there including price, get Nord CE4. Many more alteratives are better in a lot of ways.

Nord CE4 for 24k
Poco F6 for 30k
Poco X6 Pro for 24k
Infinix GT20 Pro for 25k
Realme GT6T for 31k
So there are many much better alternatives for asked price of 26k,so no need to buy this crap.
Even for die hard samsung fans S23FE,A55 for 32-35k makes much more sense.

Samsung should use this naming scheme:
- N for India-exclusives (Instead of F)
- W for web-exclusives (Instead of M)
- C for China-exclusives (Already used)
F doesn't make sense because it can give the impression that it's worse than A. (Because school grades start off with A & end with F or D)

Infinix GT 20 Pro
Nothing Phone 2a
Edge 50 Pro
And more. All better phones than the C55. Samsung relies way too much on their brand value to sell their overpriced phones. They have to offer better, specs if they want to continue selling phones
