The vanilla model isn't as capable, but has a better value-for-money ratio than its Pro sibling. This was the case last year too.

    Got the poco f6 and it's awesome!
    Ui needs work and I actually prefer stock android to HyperOS
    The phone is smooooth to use and thankfully the titanium colour is more silver and less gold as the images suggest
    Cod warfare still heats up device but feels a lot better than exynos

      I feel you can live without 3.5mm jack now, its expensive but passable.
      With passive audio adaptors, you can get a cheap one without losing quality at all. With expensive ones you can go all the way to some really good audio level.

      But the lack of microSD cripples a phone, reduces its effective age.
      The memory expires and you're done or you're clearing stuff on it. It forces you to go cloud which is not free and not your own.

        Or... if you want to go to something that even cheaper, there's an X6 Pro.

            I dont like the Pro more cause it has the massive camera island and that is not enough so the 4 circles for cameras and flash also need to pop out of the massive island like the massive island isn't enough space given for the cameras space.

            Makes it even harder to find a case that flattens the rare of the phone.

            Phone dont need to be 8mm thick and then have the camera island that makes it like 10-11mm thick. Just make the full phone 10mm thick so you have more space for larger battery and more space for cooling solution and then i dont need a case for the phone too.

            My last phone needed case cause it was slippery as heck with the matte painted aluminum. Now even tough the phone is in plastic and have more grip i still use case on F5 cause it flattens the rear so if i operate the phone on a table that i do time to time then it wont wobble cause one corner of the phone is higher so it wont be stable

              somehow they managed to make the pro uglier and pricier, and the specs are the same the sd 8 gen 2 is the same as sd 8s gen 3

                  The Pro model is a great phone, I'm sure, but I don't like the design. That's why F6 for me. IF I find one, somewhere, to buy.

                      Just got the normal F6, the F6 Pro is not worth it imo, the price difference is too much between the two and not enough performance differences to justify it.

                        The F6 is priced very competitively where I lived and the features offered aren't bad at all for the price. I'll be buying one if I'm in the market.

                          'F5 was also better then F5 Pro based on the price while the difference was not a lot.
                          Same now with this F6 and Pro where F6 is better option as the Pro cause of the price difference is so much while Pro dont give much more for you with that price difference.

                          Even tough F5 still can be bought in Baltics as i have few shops that still show they have it but for 350 euro i dont see a point of it. Especially as you get X6 Pro for the money even tough people complain some issues with X6 Pro. And F6 is around 440 euro.

                          F6 is more worth it then the F5 as everything is upgrade on it over F5 that only has that 3.5mm jack.
                          Well i have F5 so i wont get the F6 or any phone for net 4 years minimum

                            Russel, 02 Jun 2024Poco F5 is not available anywhere...It's available in Spain from Amazon and some 1 or 2 stores but the price 300-350 really doesn't compensate compared to F6 which can be had for under 400 already. People should get the F6, versus the F5 unless the 3.5mm jack is mandatory for you! It has better build, better screen, +1 yr of updates, better soc, ufs 4.0, 4k60fps, better main camera sensor, faster charging etc
