Samsung Galaxy Note III to have 3GB of RAM, slimmer profile?

Samsung is manufacturing 4GB LPDDR3 modules, but it also sells phones with 1.5GB RAM.

facepalm, seems like NOTE 3 will have installed Eclipse for developing android apps and 3d games, so yes 3gb RAM was really required
