Why is a US based company releasing the new "flagship killer" in any and every place BUT THE UNITED STATES? If moto doesn't put this phone on the market soon, I'm going to move on and buy something else. A wood back is not enough to keep me waiting for the rest of the world. Ali Express has it for sale, but no us model...

Every year you get ultra with latest flagship in Moto since 8 Gen 2 was Edge 40 Ultra, so it was expected 8 Gen 3 for Edge 50 Ultra but A downgrade in 8 Gen 3 is 8s Gen 3 which is Little more than 8 Gen 2 thus becoming Pro+ in Moto.

Sadly, 8 Gen 3 based Edge 50 Ultra is not coming :( Instead we are getting Edge 50 Pro+ as Edge 50 Ultra. This device will face strong competition from IQOO 12 & Xiaomi 14 Civi & probably Realme GT 6 (or Pro depending what name they give for device in India)

Motorola has priced the Edge 50 series really well in India so far. Hope the trend is continued, and it is launched under 50k (assuming 12GB/512GB variant) or under 45k (assuming 12GB/256GB variant).
