Instead of a protruding camera... they could even out the back.. making it thicker, Use that space to add more battery or features.

AnonD-111717, 05 Jul 2013that's why no other big company ever tried to cram that hug... more..the real reason why companies do not cram the huge sensor and other components to their phones is because they can't just make it...they are more focused on marketing and bashing some phone manufacturers, unlike nokia that focuses on R&D...
...as what i said a while back, design is compromised when you put advanced technology on a phone form factor... nokia 808 is very acceptable in terms of size (i own one) as its imaging powers cannot be matched by any current flagships today. nokia eos is a big innovation considering they have minimized the hump on 808 (even adding up ois, if rumors are true)...

Anyway,
Lumia 1020: Makes sense, but doesn't make the product a niche one, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Although I think with that hump, it should be a niche product rather than mainstream. But, 925 has a hump too. The 41MP should make it niche-worthy enough.
Nokia 909/Nokia 909 Pureview: Ignores that it's a Lumia.
Nokia Lumia 909: Number doesn't fit well with the other models (820, 920, 925).
Nokia 909 Lumia: Makes a lot more sense. The official successor to the 808 Pureview. Actually, why not 808 Lumia?
Nokia EOS: Codename. Won't make it. Unless they try to create a new line. EOS = Pureview Lumias. The 920 and 925 will fall into the EOS catagory too. Unlikely.
Nokia Lumia Pureview: I like it, but personally don't think it's likely without some numbers.
Nokia Lumia Pureview 909: Now that it has some numbers, it's too long.
Verdict: Nokia 909 Lumia. Signifies that it's the official successor to the Nokia 808 Pureview, and also makes it stand out from the mainstream Lumia line as 'THE camera phone'.
It should be marketed as a phone for professional photographers, with the manual control settings and all. And hence, a niche product.

The problem with Windows Phone is that it haven't understood its role propperly.it would have killed all other os' s in the corporate world with so tight integration with exchange., if it could provide security a little. (Like VPN). This is where the real concern is. iOS, Android, BB all support VPN and exchange. ... Sad that MS looked over this....

..for those who say that this is an ugly phone, try to cram the 41MP + OIS + mechanical shutter + ZEISS lenses + ND filter + xenon flash and flash capacitor in the slim profile of galaxy s4 / iCrap5 and get back to me if you have done so...
(well, samsung attempted, and its the s4 zoom)
...much and much haters are coming to nokia articles to bash, why?...maybe because they don't accept the fact that nokia innovates and samsung/apple copies...

...design is compromised if you need to put innovation on a phone...and innovation is not about adding another row of icons, slapping more cores and ram to hide the lag, or stealing one's component (htc one, are you there?)...
