If the specks truly "leaked", then you wouldn't be "expecting" anything, as expecting is purely speculation.

By worst I mean: less full well capacity, lower signal to noise ration, lower dynamic range, , lower readout speed, slower and less precise auto focus, higher current consumtion etc. All of those are measurable parameters.
