Like we cant use much better apps which does the same like booking.com, trivago etc.

Sorry, but I am sure there are many other companies that are specialized in this service category and that offer the same or even better services. SmartThings for businesses? That sounds like a shipping company using Mercedes shooting brakes to trabsport goods.
