This should be good for advertising & billboards.. Look like a paper & easy on the eyes.. Those bright af billboards need to be replaced with this.

e-ink panels were getting popular in supermarkets with 2-10 inch sizes to be uses as price stickers. it's good to see more brands adopt it. you need to use s 3000-5000 nit display for outdoor screens but, you can do this with almost zero power using e-ink. the only drawback is you need to display static content rather than fancy animations or videos.

Let me explain how it works:
You maybe think that this screen has a refresh rate in xHz, but no. It only consumes power when it needs to refresh the ink in the screen. And technically, when power outage goes out, that billboard will still show that displayed ad on it. Kinda cool.

Similar with Garmin watch, on outdoor light depends on sunlight to brighten pixels and indoors regular backlight.

But they are far behind than this
