CargoJoe, 16 Jun 2024Although Sony sensor, I'd argue that Sony sensor still... moreAnd readout speed(it matters for video frame rate like 4k120)?

Although Sony sensor, I'd argue that Sony sensor still faster in capturing moving subjects slightly better than Omnivision and far better than Samsung's sensor. Although most motion blurs in smartphones are due to processing Sony can still capture it and store just the right moment without introducing motion blur unless the subject or camera man is moving too fast. Sensor size doesn't always matter but since Sony has been doing smartphones camera for years, some might say it's the superior sensor if speed is your priority.

Processing is still dependent on chipset tho.

JoXim, 15 Jun 2024Battery is about 10-15 percent better on Honor 200, judging... moreGood point, gsmarena is mistaken on the cameras. The pro model comes with the same main sensor as on the Xiaomi 14/14pro, Honor magic 6/6pro and Iqoo 12/12 pro. Definitely a better main sensor although the one on the standard model is still decent

PureOS, 15 Jun 2024U can get even better camera experience with Poco f6 pro. P... moreTake Germany as an example. The current official prices direct from Xiaomi and Honor. The Poco F6 pro is €580 for the base 12gb 256gb model. The Honor 200 is currently €500 for the base 8gb 256gb as there is a €100 coupon currently. I think these phones have different target markets though. Honor has a much more versatile camera system with a 2.5x zoom that uses the same sensor as the Xiaomi 14 ultra zoom, has a decent ultrawide and a good selfie camera. It's definitely more focused on people that want to take portraits and photos of people. The Poco F6 pro has a pretty good main camera (about the same level hardware wise) but it is basically a one camera phone. Take China as an example. The Honor 200 is generally way more popular with female consumers whereas the Redmi k70 (Poco F6 pro) is generally way more popular with male University students. Different phones will be better for different consumers. You can't absolutely say which is better for all. It totally depends on what you want

PureOS, 15 Jun 2024U can get even better camera experience with Poco f6 pro. P... moreThis is false, the Honor 200 is more versatile in photos thanks to the quality x2.5 optical zoom that the F6 Pro does not have. The F6 Pro is rather made for gamers

And to add, main sensors are not the same, except mp count ofc.
Pro has OV50H and Honor 200 is using imx906.

Looks pretty nice tbh, love the white colour. I actually like the new oval shaped camera island instead of 3 big circles for each sensor, it brings some freshness to the scene

PureOS, 15 Jun 2024Get F6 for 370€ instead of this, with amazing sd 8s gen 3. Depends on what you want. If you want performance yeah. If you want a decent camera setup then no

The 200 has a really good battery life looking at some other reviews online. Curious if it translates to the GSMArena Battery Life results too.

Was looking for this one, everyone seems to be busy with the pro🤦🏻

Noah Cat aka Mehtab, 15 Jun 2024Please upload the full review. They posted the full review of the 200 Pro, which as they said, is not too different from the vanilla model. Just a weaker chipset, no IP rating, a slightly smaller main camera sensor, and no wireless charging compared to the Pro
