          Samsung's battery development have been stagnating for a while.

          Samsung have been stuck on 5000mah since 2020 S20 Ultra. Not to mention still using 45W fast charging that's somehow barely faster than their 25W.

          Their most expensive phone, Z Fold 5 stucked on 4400mah since 2021 Z Fold 3. Smaller than their 4500mah from 2020 Z Fold 2. Latest leak even reveal that they are keeping 4400mah for Z Fold 6.

          Z Flip 5 also stuck on 3700mah for 2 years (Flip 4 & Flip 5). Only this year they finally increase it to 4000mah if Z Flip 6 leak is true.

          And their latest compact S24 is only peaked at 4000mah. Latest leak about S25 still having 4000mah. Really disappointing when Xiaomi, Sony and even Google manage to fit larger battery than Samsung at slightly larger size.

                  Here we are talking about a new composition of elements in batteries and companies don't have much experience in this field yet.

                      I was gonna buy the OnePlus 12 next week but I guess I'll wait... This could be a massive gamechanger

                        probably just trying somethings to keep the battery's from overheating, and not what we're hoping for, which is new tech involving batteries lasting more than 24hours... aka solid state battery.

                                Finally someone took the first step to develop one of the most important elements of a phone!! Let's hope that over time we will have phones that we can use for several days on a single charge.

                                    I wonder if other brands will be able to use that tech. If not, well... it's still good to have larger batteries on some phones I guess
