To all the people who want this as a phone.
It does not have an earpiece speaker. If you want to call on WhatsApp, then you can only do it on loudspeaker or bluetooth headphones. You can't receive sms or cell-calls on it, not even for logging in to WhatsApp.
It has a front camera and mic.
It's a pocketable tablet.

Also, AR glasses are great for having oortable large TV out in the wild. I myself got the Rokid Max AR glass and it's a huge perk to use my laptop without straining my neck inside an airplane.

Still wondering what kind of Snapdragon SoC Xreal use for this device. At this price, my best guess would be 4 Gen 2 or 695.

I am still waiting for proper AR/smart glasses which you could use without wires connected wirelessly to phone which could offer features like watching videos, playing mobile games(or with cloud even pc games), web browsing, watching and replying to messages etc.
Snapdragon Spaces should support wireless connection to phone and even Oneplus 11 had support for it but it seems oems are still waiting tech to mature before releasing those glasses which would have viewable screen(s) with different methods and which would look like regular glasses.
Meta Ray-ban glasses are closest what i would want but it is not having viewable screen.
Meta is rumored to launch their glasses with screen(not AR though which are coming in 2027 according to rumors) next year and it would have wrist emg device which would even allow typing in addition to controlling the glasses.
I would hope Xreal and Rokid would make wireless versions of their glasses when they could make those look like regular glasses.

So it's basically a ultra mini tablet or something ? I dont understand the use of it. Especially when you plug the AR glasses in to it. There for what you need a screen for this battery bank for ? When you have the screen trough your glasses ?
So to have it as a phone you need wireless headphones or wired that goes to the type-c and then apps where you have your friends who you can call to.
If it does not have the mic on the phone then what is the point of the selfie camera ? I would think the selfie camera is for video calls mainly used. As people still take selfie picture in front of mirrors.

It's good we're seeing progress in smart glasses/portable monitor, especially from Xreal, Rokid and Viture. This is the future of computing on the go.
But I'd still choose Viture Pro though.. with the upcoming pro version of neckband. It's promised to be ultra clear and visible egde-to-edge with their latest glasses (users on reddit reported it's true and even better than Xreal when it comes to clarity)

This thing is not at all made to be a phone. Additon of voice call would defeat it's uniqueness
