LG KP500 named LG Cookie, seems priced right

these phones looked wonderful my partner and myself bought one each on using the phones we have since discovered that the phones are nothing more than an upgraded lg chocolate the internal memory on the phone is small making browsing and downloading extremely slow. when using internet or playing music even dscrolling through ringtones the phones froze and switched off this happened aboutten times in the two days we had these phones we thought we could take them back to the carphone warehouse if we were not happy with them but when bought on 02 from this store they cannot be exchanged if unhappy with product hich meant leaving phone in store to be checked possibly over night and another 60 mile trip. eventually we sold the phones in a different store we would not reccommend these phones and found them very disappointing they were reasonably priced at 99 pounds but value in the phone itself is very very poor the touch screen is also very hard to use unless your fingers are like needles.

Yh agreed i got mine today it is great and sound depends on the format and over all the sound quality is great.

I wonder why there's no 3G in the mix. I think they could get 3G in there and a descent browser and still have the 170 euro pricepoint or slightly increase it.

no wifi, no 3g...only 3mp Fixed Focus!! nah thanks...i'll rather invest a bit more n go for 5800 which is off the hoock sound quality too
