Bionic cannot run AC or RE4 at native 1080p 60fps with any level of stability.
Bionic is more powerful than snapdragon I'll give it that. But it's not a miracle worker.
Meanwhile, android can emulate at 60fps on mediocre hardware all the way up to PS2. As in PS2 was cracked years ago so you can get 60fps widescreen fix for so many games and it just runs smoothly.
Emulation is a magical space. If you don't like it, then fine. But the games of that era didn't stop being good.

But it actually depends on how the company designs their smartphones. 8 gen 3 again? the previous series already had the 8 gen 3. And the price of 9300+ is cheaper compared to the 8 gen 3. And it comes with superpower CPU. Even the ray tracing in Immortalis can support up to 60fps. Where Adreno only supports ray tracing around 40fps.
