" which honestly look visually quite identical "
maybe from the front but definitely not from the back.
" The Edge 50 Fusion retails for around €350, while the Pro can be found for almost double that at around €580 "
580 is not even close to almost double of 380.

I have the Fusion. It's an amazing device for the price it was launched in my region. The only issue is the OS update plan from Moto

I just feel both of these phones are not worth it. I've also realised that the higher the price of a device it doesn't translate into better features and performance compared to the cheaper ones. I'm skipping motorola this time around. I'm also not a fan of curved screens that they've put on most of their latest models.

Shame they don't got IR blaster. Usually phones at their price range has one in 2024.

Updates with Motorola suck. If they did a better job with that I would have already bought either an Edge 50 Pro or Ultra by now. Although I feel the Ultra should have been at least 6.78 inches in size. Why name it Ultra and have the same 6.7 inch screen size as the other models???

They haven't improved that awful policy after all these years.

The one thing that's consistent with Motorola flagships is the decent quality speakers. However, camera performance is always lacking.
The Edge 30 Fusion still hasn't received Android 14 and is on the March security patch. Very ordinary for a premium phone. If that wasn't bad enough, the 50 series has weak processors and is overpriced. I won't consider purchasing a Motorola again. Sadly, I see Google and Samsung as the only viable options now that Chinese OEMs have also increased their prices.

Zero, 28 Jun 2024Edge 50 Fusion is awful if is LATAM version. What a pathetic joke.Lower clocked SoC = bit better endurance
Screen locked by software at 120Hz = better battery endurance
Only issue is price $483 (8/256GB) when it is less than $300 in India for 12/256
