Instead of trying to make premium product they should create a foldable phone with mid range spec which will be practically useful and meaningful for most of the people.

Genuinely, who the hell keeps buying these? Clearly there has to be some demand since Samsung keeps pumping up these prices.

Lol, imaging paying 2500 euros for 12 and 10megapixel cameras on your brand new "elite "phone 🤣 Chinese manufacturers are rolling on the floor. Samsung will going to get destroyed this year at foldable space in Europe ☺️

I liked the Fold5 and really just wanted a wider cover screen, so this was looking better, but that pricing if true will kill it for me. Theres no way to justify it over a S24 ultra for example even if its not a foldable that I did really like.

Pricing is so lol, but who cares about pricing if the specs are poor. It's at most funny, nothing else.
I would take 1200 euro oppo x fold3 instead, even with samsung's fold6 price at 900.
Will be interesting to see what people will throw that amount of money for those specs...

Just go with poco or any other chinese brand if you want 90% performance, probably better camera and definitely faster charging. Samsung probably paid too much to US gov to ban its competitor so know it has to price its phone ridiculously despite going to very minor innovation route ala apple.

I don't like iOS, Android is the only way to go for me, but my S22 Ultra 512gb earned me 473 euro in january 2024 when I got the S24U.
And this was NOT a trade in, I sold it online for the highest price because Samsung trade in was just 290 euro for it.
Meanwhile a friend of mine sold his iPhone 12 Pro 128gb in december of 2023, he got 580 euro for that...

But since I used their software I can't imagine myself switching to any other. All because of stability, customization and DEX, it is a real game changer. Maybe I'll keep my fold 5 for another 2 years to wait for a REAL upgrade

O... moreI did this one month ago after my 5 months old S24 Ultra stop charging by wire!The USB type C detect moisture despite the phone never been dropped or have any water contact!I bought a Honor Magic 6 Pro and is a big difference of price,faster charging speed of 80 Watts that charge the phone in less than 30 minutes most of the time!Amazing camera with variable aperture,night mode ,screen and design!Only the Samsung OS can be better and the ecosystem for the moment!I am not missing anything else,but when you get used with another OS brand you will realize you silly you had been,as me,to pay for ages the high price of Samsung products!Now Samsung are following Apple,Google lineups with big prices and less inovations and quality!

The same "new" Samsung technology of course,the same "fast" charging and an astronomic price!Meanwhile Chinese phones brands are giving you new REAL technology ,with light of speed charging 100Watts or more and much better real price!!!I am not buying again Samsung and get fooled of all of marketing words as "AI" , "7 years of update" "fast charging 45 Watts" !Time to wake up all and boycot Samsung,Apple,Google for the way are treating us !!!

Same Model. Same Design. Same Camera. Only difference is the processor and the OS!

Same crappy cameras, same ram, same battery as my fold 5. Over 2000€ for the new processor and a slightly wider outer screen. Well done Samsung. Even Apple brings more features with their phones in comparison. I hope the fold 7 will actually bring something new, if not I'll jump ship away from Samsung, even if I'll miss the software

A a €130 price increase just for an extra 256GB of storage?
So to answer all the people who say "why do you need a microSD slot", this is way. So you don't have to pay ridiculous mark ups just for more storage.

Not for the obvious Tofu Dreg build quality, but for the fact that, made in China is as damaging to the economy as subsidising the Middle East on inflated oil prices. The error is obviously, don't buy Apple, as they're also made in China.
