It's kinda like... moreCortex A78 is actually not that much slower than A710/A715 because ever since the introduction of prime Cortex X series, ARM has been focusing more on improving the efficiency of A7X series. A78 is also still known to provide great potential in clock speeds and single core scores so it's actually not that bad.
Exynos 1480 and Dimensity 8200 are great examples of how A78s are used.
The GPU might disappoint though.

This is a underclocked 8100 built on better processor node. This Soc is going to be the best performance/watt chip other than 8 gen 3 and 9300.

16K INR is a cheaper price than the Redmi Note 13 and Realme 12 which uses a weaker D6080/D6100, no wifi 6.. Ok Nothing really wants to fight Chinese brands now.

It's kinda like how Qualcomm deceived people with 7sGen2, when that is actually a much older design which is even weaker than 7 gen 1. The 7300 uses the older A78, and A55 cores unlike A715 and A515 of the 7200. And while it has a newer MaliG615 gpu, it's set at just 2 cores compared to the 4 cores on 7200 with it's MaliG610, so it will not be better at gaming either.
