downfall of and disadvantages of netflix;
1) not only does it require you to have an internet connection (add money)
2) you have to use up your internet quota by your isp (applicable to some, add money)
3) then they ultimately decides what you can watch / hear and what you cannot (add money)
4) they also can at any moment disable and/or remove any movie or shows and you cant watch anymore (add money again to watch elsewhere)
5) you are again subjected to their ever changing subscription plan (add money)
in conclusion it cost more to have netflix then not having it and just source your movies elsewhere or just captain jack sparrow them !
the save disadvantages applies to streaming songs services like spotify, joox etc ... they are even worst ! just jack sparrow them already !

*Competition for who can make the best product. Them making the most money is a byproduct of that. You're confusing capitalism with greed.
Boeing's CEO giving himself a raise is a product of greed, not capitalism

Why do you think the CEO of Boeing got a 45% raise in pay just last year while the quality suffers and employees only get 1% raise over a period of 8 years?

Alejandro, 04 Jul 2024You can vote with your wallet. If you cant use your freedom... moreYeah, voting with our wallets has definitely helped. That's why most of today's phones have no headphone jack, battery that can't be removed, phones that are made difficult to repair and constant attack on our privacy. All in the name of profit.
The sooner you realize capitalism works against the proletariat and in the favour of the bourgeoisie, the better.

The "Majority of people outside this site behave like the anti microsd and headphone jack posters." part:
a. They are brand loyalist. They are conditioned that way (obedient consumer) and they are lost cause.
b. They are paid by the "company" to smear. Like a "50 cent army".
c. They are trolls. They post both pro and anti statements to rile-up emotional people.
(this though, does not make sense here in GSM arena. In YouTube though, it makes perfect sense. It makes people click the video and YouTube shows them ads.)

Another product being enshittificated for the sake of greed.
No. The term is not a foul language. It is a term used when a product suddenly declines in quality.
