12/256GB model costs around $515 in India, I'm assuming it would cost $649 in US, doubling the storage would cost around $699 to $729 probably less if there's discounts and stuff. Remember, this packs UFS 3.1 storage. They cut too many corners just to fit in a 8 gen 3.
I guess they want to compete with the cheapest iPad.

      All of these storage bickering could've been prevented with a microSD slot. A 13 inch device surely won't run into an engineering problem for that.

Apple charges the most for storage upgrades, almost equal to RAM upgrades and still isn't enough to deter people from buying it. The hilarious part is, they already offer a 512GB SKU in China but are reluctant to sell it globally. Crazy.

          Also, why is filling up the storage is a good thing?

                        I dont know the features of OnePlus Buds3 pro, but the design itself looks so easy to be copied by fake OEM and looks like a cheap 10 USD tws earbuds. No offense.

                                it's already Snap 8 Gen 3, dont put it into waste,
                                please launch more variant and better hardware option too.

                                5G sim, GPS, 512gb, Ultrawide Camera, etc.

                                otherwise, it simply made it looks worse than a Smartphone and Laptop.
                                not a Super Productivity Android Gadget.

                                  Absolutely criminal to launch it with 256GB storage instead of 512/1000GB.
