AnonD-80609, 11 Jul 2013Apart from camera, I don't see any wow factors!Hmmm.D cam IS and always has been NOkia's only USP! They have litl or nothn else 2 offer, so they direct all their efforts and advertising/marketing 2 d cam! Every1 recalls NOkia's fake ads n vids abt d cam of d Lumia 920 last year - it shows how desperate NOkia are in highlighting their only good feature - d cam! Like I said, they should start makng cams exclusively or else go back 2 their timber n paper mill roots!

if it had fhd screen and a quad core for 1080p 60fps and 720p 120fps i woulda switched from android. Nokia will take 5 more years to get where android flagships are now but by that time the android flagships woulda runn circles arround nokia flagships. Dissapointed. The rumours were better

Last year's screen, last year's CPU. Only Cam, mics, GPS and RAM are up to speed.

Price it right, and it will sell.

Overprice it - like Nokia usually does - and it will be a niche product that will do little to change Nokia's drastic course.

I've been waiting for about a year for this phone. I'm disappointed by the dated hardware. It's the same as Nokia 920 which is announced almost a year ago. I would call this strange even by Nokia's standards !

1020 is great. People who are complaining about hardware specs do not know what they are talking about. This is my next phone. Congrats Nokia, you are heading to right direction. I wish you all the best.

AnonD-134293, 11 Jul 2013Not really surprised by the disappointing specs.Really NOkia n MS, is that really all u got? I think if NOkia really wants to survive, it's hi time they stopped makng phones n started makng only cameras cos that's d only thing they're any good at! Heed that Steven Flop! I'd also wager that any Lumia Camera that NOkia ever creates will obviously be a trademark brick, but, cos it'll be a cam they might get away wth d bulk!

ppl are talking a lot of s*** because its a Windows Phone... does that really matter? Shouldnt you be focusing on what the phone is supposed to be great at, which is the camera?? Jesus christ...

anyways, i think this is a great succesor to the great Pureview 808, which is still the best camera phone out there, unfortunately with a dead OS. Now that same technology is brought to new standards and a new OS which is still alive and still growing...

I think this will be a key factor to not only Nokia, but Windows OS as a whole.

Like i said somewhere else, this is the Lumia device that shouldve been released from the beginning... not the 920/925/928

and btw... windows phone, as ugly as it may be, it is FUNCTIONAL. Its fluid. Its efficient. Just like iOS. Android is in its own way, but unfortunately the OS is not optimized enough. This is why other OS shine. So deal with it. Windows OS is not going anywhere...

So, 1.5 dual core, adreno 225, 2000mah battery and 4.5'' display on a 'not too bulky' phone.... Hey Nokia, know what? I will gladly pay you €200 for this flagship phone!

The 130.4 x 71.4 x 10.4 mm dimensions are a miss representation. Try putting it an a 130.4 x 71.4 x 10.4 mm box, and it will not fit because of the camera bulge. The thickness of the bulge should be mentioned instead of 10.4mm (over 20mm).
