I hope they move on to the S25 and put SD ELITE, change the design of the front camera, not put a notch inside the screen, increase the resolution to 4K, and have a 65 watt charger with an excellent cooling mode to reduce the temperature.

My advice: from all of those expensive stuffs, buy the cheapest one. You won't notice any performance different in 99,99% of usage cases anyways.

If they are going to launch only two versions, the prices are going to top level. I wonder why samsung is taking a decision like this; tab s9 has a poor battery performance, maybe that can be a point...

Previously, Dimensity 9000 series for tables got me interested that so many chinese tablets from vivo, Oppo, OnePlus, and HONOR.
And now Samsung decided to put Dimensity 9300 on their Galaxy Tab S9 series. It is the big step competing chinese tablets powered by Dimensity 9300.
Yeah, MediaTek is producing large PCB for its Dimensity flagship.

And with the way the hike the price up in their new smartphones they should atleast differentiate what an ultra is. Snapdragon x plus would do. Or pay Qualcomm to produce a 10 core 8 gen 3 for them with 5 performance cores and 5 efficiency cores. And jsyk the tab ultra would have an increase in price too just like the flips and folds. And compared to the iPad pro 13 which most YouTubers always compare the tab ultra really lacking in performance, an m1 chip is still superior to the 8 gen 3.

Anonymous, 15 Jul 2024I don't see a single a single reason to overpay double... moreIf you use your tablet for watching and drawing then most Huawei, Honor, or Xiaomi tablet would be more than enough. But if you like to do some multitasking, you wouldn't miss Samsung DeX, which makes me feels like using a desktop OS. (Lenovo also got the similar one iirc, but their tablets aren't officialy available here and import tax are extremely expensive here so Samsung is the only choice for that here).

Tablets over 13" end up being almost same size and weight of ultraportable laptops without upgradebility of components and worse in terms of repairs.
