Zendroid, 16 Jul 2024Still too big for a tablet. 9" is max for tablets. I'm using 13 inch iPad Pro M4 and it is comfortable for me.
If you don't like 9 inch and above then don't buy it. It's not like companies are gonna listen to your opinion and stop making big tablets...!

DirectD, 17 Jul 2024somewhat agree:
< 7inch = Phone
9 inch = Tablet
13... moreNobody but you claimed the phone size is good. Max 6" for phones! Max 10" for tablet.
Remember when we had netbooks and notebooks? Even Alienware made netbooks. And notebooks. Now they got lazy and just call them all for laptops.

Well its definitely great device for price.
Oled not needed.
Would be way too costly for something where LCD make this thing good enough and a flagship tablet killer.
Samsung devices cost way more and apart some OLED dont offer much extra worth the 1200 pricing.

No Fan Boy, 16 Jul 2024I'm using 13 inch iPad Pro M4 and it is comfortable fo... more13inch is still too small for maximized drawing fun.
OnePlus could make more options, basically A5 size, B5 size, A4 size, B4 Size, A3 Size.
1 spec cannot rule all laa. 1 size cannot fit all.

AlexS, 16 Jul 2024I certainly want the option to not have the celular.
My p... moreSo what? Because you don't want this then no one should have it?
Manufacturers like Apple always give options so wheres the problem with releasing tablets with and without a cellular connection?
Unfortunately, my smartphones (OnePlus 12) battery drains very quickly when Hotspot is turned on. I often travel long distances and can't charge during that time. Carrying an additional powerbank is also a no for me.

Koishi Komeiji, 16 Jul 2024OLED is too expensive to produce this tablet Magicpad 2 from Honor managed to include AMOLED at a $400 price point (with 8s gen 3 instead of 8 gen 3, which doesn't matter because both processors are an overkill and perform equally in the real world). There weren't any tablets with a nice AMOLED screen and such a fast platform before.
Oneplus like others simply wants to enjoy fat margins, but hopefully now it's over and there will be price competititon.

This is a good priced tablet and my only doubt is if OnePlus software works well with external monitors, also how many android versions they will update it.
