I'm hoping to purchase the Honor v3 in UK asap, samsung has let me and many others down badly with the failing fold series.They refuse to replace faulty handsets and dodge responsibility for their failings what a rubbish company do not buy Samsung expensive and rubbish

Oversize... moreGarbage. The point of a foldable is that when unfolded it works like a tablet, which you don't hold with one hand. Folded it behaves like a phone.
Thickness is absolutely relevant. Anything more than 10mm is too thick for a normal pocket. The thinner the better, provided it remains robust and workable.
Width is an issue. More than 6.8in screen size is too wide for comfortable one-handed use. Less than 6 doesn't give enough real estate.
Weight is also an issue. The lighter the better, 230g is phenomenal for a foldable, more than that isn't.
What you are getting with the Honor is close enough to the best of both worlds - smartphone and tablet in a single well-specced device. Likewise Xiaomi Mix 4. I reckon these will unlock the potential of foldables for the mainstream market.

Not only is this phone thinner than an iPhone when folded closed, but when unfolded is 0.3 inches larger than the new Samsung galaxy z fold6 so size DOES matter.

Oversized phones are any phones you can't use the entire screen with one hand. If you have to stop to use the phone with both hands, it's no longer a MOBILE phone. And if it's no longer a mobile phone, it means it's oversized.
Thickness is absolutely irrelevant. And width is also not an issue unless you decide to pull a BlackBerry and do a 1:1 screen aspect ratio on a phone.

Hmm, why would they change the camera bump to a circular one? I think i prefer last years camera bump.

Oversized compared to what? The skinny front screen of the fold 6? I would rather have the thinnest foldable, better battery and a normal sized outer screen plus way cheaper than the fold 6, all day long.
Maybe if samsung listened to their customers they wouldnt be losing loyal samsung fans this year by basically making the same phone for the last 4 years.
