It's just greed at this point.
They frikincg own Harman and yet, Xiaomi has an EQ from them but not even Samsung haha.
Sure they are AKG some times... But not always and on a S series it's kinda cheap from them.

It is just that the Pro has an added tweeter that gives more aggressive trebble, and I prefer the softer sound of the non Pro. That is why it is better to try before buying if it is possible, different people like different sound.

Not every pair is affected. Mine arrived today too, the silver ones, no earplug tearing. Besides the right bud having a slightly missaligned seam, it's all good and unless that affects water resistance luckily I won't have to send it back

I called samsung in the US here and nightmare fuel the way they are handling it. Mine arrive today in white and i asked several questions and the answer was just return them and i also got this is not completely our fault. I even asked how they planned to fix this for costumers who got early shipments and i qoute ( just send them back and wait 2 weeks and reorder them. Then we will reapply your 50 dollar credit 2 weeks after you pay full price upfront for the new pair.) Are they kidding with this nonsense. Double dip on my card while i wait for your mistake. Shameful buisness practices. Should have stuck with my oneplus buds 3.

Pro is better for noise reduction and microphone, that i don't use.

The main issue is that lab testing of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro found that the ANC only blocks about 76% of outside noise when enabled. For reference, the previous Galaxy Buds2 Pro blocked out about 84% of external noise 👎🏼

Buds 3 have much less bass and Buds 3 Pro are anything but bad in the bass department. Whatever tips you used did not fit your ears at all, or you are a serious basshead but with the EQ's, these can absolutely be basshead headphones..

Just bought the Buds 3 (non Pro) for 149 euros in France...super quality and amazing sound. Tried also the Buds 3 Pro, but not enough bass even with the equalizer of the Samsung Wear app, and didn't like the silicon tip in my ear ...

I saved a few hundred Euros from my Watch Ultra, Buds 3 Pro and Dual Wireless Charger combo, despite not trading in anything, not to mention I get a free Nylon watchband aswell as Samsung Care+ for a year. Worst case scenario, I send something back for free with no downside.

You should wait some months before buying any device. Don't buy after release and blame the company. Wait and watch some reviews before buying.
