I doubt the Phone will work properly eg battery overheat etc even for a Global version

I'm sure the performance will be great--for 90 seconds or so, until it's thermally throttled to about 30% capacity.

Nvidia Tegra processors for phones are always problematic and they never provide any solutions and their Tegra exclusive games can be played on any Android phones with at least dual core processors and 1 GB RAM with full graphics aka tegra effects but Nvidia pay those devs to only let tegra effects to be limited with phones sporting Tegra processors inside which is a cleaver marketing gimmick.Shame on them Nvidia.. Its not surprising that the first phone with Tegra 4 will be called Geek. Lol

tegra should be banned from mobile phone industry, look at the problems with tegra 2&3... optimus 2x, than baseband wake optimus 4x, htc one x, nexus 7.... and they are not providing bug fixes.
