The one included here isn&... moreBetter be safe than sorry later on since they are pretty being fabricated with the same fabbing machine so chances are it'll happen & since laptops sell less volumes compared to cpu's on pc builds specially those buying volumes of them for servers w/c means less coverage of failures.
