    Xiaomi device is wastly different. It have more batterym nire accesories in box, more charging speeds more ram and storage more many else.

    The only thing Samsung exceeds xiaomi here is the 1-2 years of updates which is just cosmetics.
    Most people buys phones on contracts noone have 1400 fgor a flip phone in pockets.
    Maybe people of Norway and like 5 more countries where Average salary after tax and deductions is 5000 euros netto.

    All other buys on contract because its cheaper dont know anyone who have like 200 each month savings in pillow or somewhere at home for a phone.

          Since I've had my Galaxy S23 in August 2023 the ONKY ads that popped up on my phone are from freemium games - an industry standard for cheap thrill games AND when I launch the Galaxy Store which likes to promote the game of the week. It's NOT full screen and a simple easy X to dismiss it is there before the ad fully populated. Still annoying and I'm sure I can fully disable it but I've no mind to look into it.

          NO other function nor feature pops up an add on my phone. Especially when listening to music or browsing the web in any browser including Samsung's own Intermet Browser.

          Don't make falsehoods please. It really diminishes any other rebuttal and point(s) you make.

            Completely 2 different things and 1 is a manually initiated (updates) it doesn't just happen after sign in!
            ^ which ever apps get updates is SPECIFIC to the person's account and what apps THEY have installed elsewhere and choose to have downloaded.

            So that's a cop-out kindergarten tactic that is weak here. You know this!

            There are many apps on OneUI 6 that can be un-installed and or disabled even if you do not prefer to use them.

            ProRES and ProRAW functionality is right out of the box.

            Also this is 2024!
            If you've had an AndroidOS phone for the past year then YOU HAVE a charger!

            Complaining whats not in the box and asking why should you have to buy if it's supposed to be I caused is childish talk!

            If not in the box and you do NOT have a USBC charger - YOULL be buying one, period, or getting one from a friend or family member.

            Whenever I hear Flossy Carter complain about NO charger in the box I wanna give him a price of my sensible mind!

            1. He has reviewed over 150 phones he should have at least 49 chargers around his house by now!
            2. Many manufacturers that include a charger in the box do so with the STUPID USB-A port and inckude a USB-A to USB-C cable. Ridiculous!! It's a phone NOT a keyboard or a mouse!
            3. ONLY fast chargers and phones that require such speeds should come with a charger and cable BITH being USB-C in the box.

            Again this is 2024 and unless you're coming feom an iPhone 14 or previous then you HAVE a USB-C charger or UsB-A charger and cable in your home by now.

            This is a MUTE argument and it's childish at this point.

            Some phones come woth a case now THAT is a value add we can all appreciate but it's never ever been the norm.

            FYI I'm over 40yr old and moving and I've just found d a pinhole Nokia Charger that most like was used for an E-71 or 6620 or who knows. How long I've had it sitting around lost in a closet or why for this long I have no idea but its not needed and there.

            How many chargers will you amass in your lifetime?!

              Are all launchers rated to work on this?

              Does it have official IP48 Dust & Water resistance respectively?!!!

              How much experience with FLIP style foldables does Xiaomi have?

              How many customers iterations or cases are available for it?!
              ^ from Samsung's experience you can bet there will be at least 10 co branded custom versions ans over 60 cases available globally within the next 30 days!

              So you wanna talk about value and overpriced?!
              I do NOT just look at initial cost since you're going to purchase and USE the device for several months .. THATS the real cost of ownership.

But some phones from Xiaomi dont have a charger in box anymore like Redmi 13C the only example that came up to my mind.

                                  When you buy any other brnad you have mostly global ROM in case of Xiaomi its eiter chnese for chinese region ROM and Global ROM for EU countries.
                                  You cant buy Xiaomi in USA for example.
                                  Dunno what else to say.
                                  Had Xiaomi for 2 years the Mi 11 lite 5G after 2 years when phone from my network carrier been paid i came back to Motorola. Nothing against the xiaomi but pure andrid experience without any preinstalled or company forced bloatware is my forte.
                                  So when i pay my Motorola ege 40 pro in next year of july i either buy another motorola phone or maybe Xiaomi but will uninstal most or all xiaomi forced apps or maybe will go for Huawei if a 5G pura 80 ultra will be available in my country or Mate RS edition or Ultra series 2025.
                                  Still thinking the Harmony OS is better than Android or IOS and for the sake of what US did with Huawei i mourn with them litterary so every little support towards Huawei will do.

                                      Meanwhile on the other side, just like that other commenter said in my country too Xiaomi stopped giving a charger in box, and for at least 2 years a screen protector.

                                      You do get a case so there is that, carriers sell them here but most people get motorola, pixel or samsung due to better unlocked sales or carrier sales, because xiaomi doesn't allow lowering prices of their phones here like with apple (friend of mine works for a carrier and that is the official stance)

                                      It is known that Xiaomi cares more about east europe than West (ignoring Spain, that is a different case)

                                      They don't even sell their chargers here, which you really need because Xiaomi don't follow PD protocol as other popular brands do.

                                      So you need to import accessories, ironically from eastern european stores (luckily no import fees between EU countries)

                                      There were different times for Xiaomi here years ago, they were very popular after Huawei went away here, a lot of people bought Xiaomi and Poco phones.

                                      So why did that go wrong? Pricing, Xiaomi upped the prices but not the service or availability of accessories here.

                                      And people bought Xiaomi because it was cheap, but the moment the prices here were on par with samsung, google, motorola and sometimes even apple, people bought those brands instead of Xiaomi.

                                      Because Xiaomi never tried here to get rid of that "cheap alternative with zero accessories" imago they created themselves here.

                                      I mean I remember being in poland for vacation, they even have XIAOMI STORES there.
