I'm interested in the Motorola Edge 50 5G, but I'm unsure where it will be positioned in the Edge 50 lineup. Can someone tell me where it falls in the lineup?

Anonymous, 25 Jul 2024Do they have stockpiles of 7 gen 1, just like they had of d1050?Sadly, it's 7+ Gen 1 or 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition with Same Specs as 7 Gen 1 with Main Performance Core Overclocked. They will claim it as India's First 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition Phone & you'll see same stuff as 7 Gen 1. I don't expect it to overload it as People are loving 7s Gen 2 & 7 Gen 3. 7s Gen 2 is going to be overload for sure. It's upcoming in V40e, Reno 12T/Lite & V50 Lite (Depending upon markets). I'm excited for 7s Gen 3 powered phones.

Even for using it as pri... moreFor me, the tolerable screen size is when I'm able to put little finger of my right hand on the bottom of the phone while at the same time able to reach the top of my phone with my thumb. It's called convinient. If I need to changing my hand position or using my left hand to reach the top of my screen, it's no longer convenient imo. But those diehard big-phone fanboys will never understand lol.

There are 4 versions already and now this one doesn't seem very different from pro or fusion.
Moto wouldn't want them to become each others competitors.

The battery in a military grade phone should be bigger than normal phones. In any case, it should be a minimal 5000mah, lest, it should have been atleast 5500mah battery. I really hope and wish it's 5000mah the least.

Wrong SoC. Edge 40 had 8020, why will Edge series downgrade it ? 7300 will power Neo whereas Vanilla variant is going for 8050/8100.

When is Motorola going to end the nonsense of curved screens
How come a Military grade phone specs with a curved screen that is more prone to accidents !!
I am texting from Moto edge 40 and the device has a lot of cons and but one of the worst con in mobiles history is the curved screens trend, Moto experience made me wants to stick with the brand after almost a year however i cannot see a Moto phone with flat screen for SOME time now
