... moreYou can't use one phone as reference, you need to look whole market, there are plenty of phones with sd 7s gen 2 for cheap so is 6 gen 1, few phones sold for $400 or $500 doesn't make that soc expensive, but D7200 is different even though it's just 2 big core it cost a lot, forget nothing there are lot of budget conscious series like Vivo T series, Iqoo Z series, these phones are barely premium they are so cheap but their version with D7200 cost more, if D7200 was cheaper D7300 wouldn't exist.

HMD Skyline with 7sg2 costs more than HTC U23 PRO was last year.
How many phones with 888/8g1/8+g1/8g2/8sg3 for similar price? Many. All are armv9

You can find Quadcore A78 easily under $200 but hard finding A715 even under $300. It's not coincidence, its well known information that Arm raise price of Armv9 cores, they cost twice of V8.

only issue will be ISP, no 4k60.

Like I said, it's true. It's indeed 7350 chip but nothing made it sweeter with adding "Pro" variant of chip. No, 7350 sounds new one but is just Overclocked Version of 7300 which is Overclocked Version of 7050 which performs better than 7200 due to which it got named as 7300. No 870 No Buy from me. I won't be surprised if CMF Phone 1 Plus comes with 7350 Without Pro Variant. Your Thoughts 💭💬 Hmm... 🤔

"Can't even compete with Oneplus and xiaomi on midrange phones" -- it takes time and tons of money, which Xiaomi and BBK have. Even Xiaomi's Mi Phone 1 was not perfect. And today's market is even difficult to stand out.
Also, Oneplus is because of Carl. Now, look at Oneplus, it's not the same anymore. I have little hope left from Pete 🥲
