Why don't they remove those as well? Wtf is your point? If people mess around in settings that's on them. FYI developer options change a lot more critical stuff than good lock ones.
I seriously don't get your point like bruh WHAT. You don't understand the simplicity of Apple that people like.

My phone bugs out every now and then and I'm used to a Windows PC so I don't have a problem. I just am annoyed that everyone says that Samsung is basically perfect and everything just works, just like Apple. Like what? Both aren't perfect and both have enough bugs that even my dad and mum find problems in Apple and I just find problems nearly every 2 days. It's all a marketing scheme, make everyone think something till they actually believe it.

Great, instead of fixing the useless garbage they turned the quick settings panel into with OneUI 6.x, Samsung is going to make it even worse just to try to make it look even more like the fruit phone...
Pity Samsung's Heir and Chairman decided to only yell at TM Roh. Were he a more competent leader, Roh would have been fired YEARS ago.

Hope, after so many years they give users the option not to dim the screen when battery charge reaches 5% and below so the screen becomes completely unreadable in outside... I never asked Samsung to dim my phone's screen trying to save my battery so I can't see anything on it... Looks like Samsung engineers never user products they make for others...

And yet STILL NO SPEED UP in the screenshot animation & action?!!!!! Android (and iOS for that matter) have the slowest screenshot action of ANY mobile operating system EVER created! I'm not kidding I've been using mobile OS since Palm III!
Mid yo late August is a fast delivery and welcomed still.
