Samsung has become ridiculous

    I had the chance to play with the Z Flip6 at a nearby telco store last week. While I dig the squarish cover screen, I'm not moved by the fact that I need to install the Good Lock app to use any apps on the cover screen*. You don't have to do such a thing with other foldable flip phones like Oppo and Motorola. Also, it's possible to do the same with LG Wing's built-in flip-like squarish secondary screen.

      I think it's pretty obvious which phone is selling more currently in my region lol

        Looking at all the watches and foldables for their style/size/weight and features, I feel like merging the two in a wearable mini phone - like, just the outer screen of the Folds and Razrs would be enough with a good UI and I'd be interested in a half size form factor for wrist or necklace as a wearable to ditch my phone.

          So, is it 30 euros better? I'd say yes.

            More like the Flip 5.01

              The Flip 6 is not 50% better, so it's not the better deal. Getting a Flip 5 for a relative, in my region the Flip 5 is half the price of the Flip 6. The end of the review notes the price is not that different but the price listing on GSM-Arena shows Flip 5 is less than $600 and Flip 6 is $1100?

                as a flip 6 user now and a flip 5 user before that, i feel the newer is better not because of faster cpu but because better battery life and better image processing. also the newer software preinstalled on newer model is much more ai oriented even though i haven't use all of it features 😁
                but on flip 6 have longer battery charging time, of course because of larger battery capacity 🤣
