Take your pick ,price, style, model, they all break when you throw them at the wall, any wall and they all have issues of some kind.main one is overpriced.and whats worse is it has become acceptable to make this garbage and push it on out there to be consumed tfu.
We created the monster that it is today and it has a ferocious appetite.

The (Apple) OnePlus approach to phones. Release a phone and then release more phones that are marginally better than the older model but at a premium. Absolutely retarded business model but well... People are gonna keep buying into this aren't they.

Other than hall effect sensors and better vibrations I don't think there's anymore improvements to make.

I like all the 2a variants. I'd like to succeed. But don't be greedy! Price increases in a crowded market have put many businesses in a bad spot!
Good luck!

Just bought the 2a 12gb version. The plus just doesn't justify the extra price.

... it's me again.
Actually, it's not too late! Retire the 2a and sell the "plus" at the same price as the 2a. This would work...

Nothing is turning into Xbox just the same way they make Xbox controllers in different colours. Same model different variants different colours.
At the same time we all have to wait for nothing phone 3 next year.

The problem started with the name choice. They tried to use the new model as a ladder to increase the price for greater profit. That appears to have been a wrong move. This phone should have been the REPLACEMENT for the 2a, at the same price (!)
So, they should have name it the "2b". And everything would have been just fine.

Pointless phone, I hope nobody buys one.
You can get a Nothing Phone 2 for around the same price these days.

Carl is using the same strategy as BBK. Plenty of marketing spin to create hype, release a couple of phones at decent prices, increase prices and flood the market with different models, and then decrease software support due to the constantly increasing number of handsets the small dev team has to support.

After some days, Nothing Phone 2a Community Edition is coming. People will change reaction to it if it's price becomes less. Light Green Back & Radium Lightening Effect on Back when took it in Dark. Truly Cyperpunk 2077 Style. Let's Wait. Price should be £300/₹22999 for it.

this just feels like they are trying to flood the targeted price segment range, like BBK group does.

If they give plus model a glass back metal frame, and ufs 3.1 storage, than it will justify this price.

I feel like the choice "there are better midrangers out there" is just too ambiguous when users aren't allowed to state what phone(s) they personally consider to be better, and why they think so. These polls aren't that useful.
GSMArena users, I'm curious to know what mid-range phones the majority of y'all consider to be worth the price over the Nothing 2a Plus. I'm currently in need of a new phone under £500.
