Love my Pixel phones but what the Apple-fu** are they doing with these prices?! The main reasons why past Pixels rose in popularity was their high grade cameras for an affordable(ish) prices, undercutting its direct competition. I guess this upcoming AI is really worth it /s.

Kind of disgusting to put a "pro" tag on a flagship device in late 2024 that has 128GB storage. Literally 20/30GB will be occupied with your day-to-day apps and operating system itself, then you have few movies downloaded offline on netflix, prime video, etc. few spotify playlists, couple hunders of pics, few 4k videos, and its done! I was really exited to buy a new pixel 9 pro as i just broke my pixel 6 pro, so it was a perfect timing, but looking at this prices I might just wait few more month with my shitty secondary phone and get a Samsung S25 Ultra instead or maybe even Xiaomi 15 Ultra.

Worth noting that Vodafones prices for their handsets are likely on some kind of agreement involving a sim plan. So these prices will be off compared to unlocked straight from google. Sadly it's probably on the cheaper side so buying it straight from google will be even more expensive.

Ridiculously overpriced and a disgrace that the base model still 128GB storage. Like previous pixels those prices will plummet by 1/3 within 6 months. I'm sure many will prefer getting the new pixel watch as pre order bonus than x2 storage.

£300-400 ov3rpriced! Really Google ? For what ? Hot and slow SoC like for premium more like medicore, slow charging, poor fingerprint, fake app camera split for 8 and Pro will probably stay for new models, no SD card slot, expensive models with larger memory, Lens switching is one of the worst exist in competition, 5G cellular drain battery ultra fast.
The new model is just a facelift, with slight improvements that should be at the old price.

I'm actually excited for the pro version. I'm so glad they're doing 3 sizes now, maybe they won't even bother with the A versions anymore because of this. 7a was kinda a flop.

"Free" storage upgrade instead of the included Pixel Watch or Pixel Buds for the previous releases, btw
It seems much worse to me. Especially since 256GB should for sure be the base storage on such an expensive device in this day and age

The price have skyrocketed so high that the fold 256 is 100 pound away from the Pro XL 1Tb And shame on google for this asking price and still debuting with 128 in end of 2024 !!
They should revise their price if they want to sell them... not much ppl will pay THAT much for this. Just my opinion :)

These prices look a little odd, but if true, with the pre-order deal decent.
The real selling point for me is the battery life, as I know Google delivers in other areas.
