So all features are not accessible in general.

I can't speak about the low end models, because they are limited from everything. Even Google play apps. Maybe about time you used more money on flagship instead. I'm using watch 6 classic and have no problem.
But I do wish we could add 2 or 3 phones for the watch, instead of needing to reset every time.
Yes the galaxy apps have more features, but the other phones still have the important features.

Would be stupid if it didn't. Only reason Galaxy Watches don't work with other phones is because of WearOS and tighter specific integration. Galaxy Ring has none of those features, it would be stupid to restrict the market for no reason.
