So no HiRes codecs still, for me it makes a difference listening to my flac collection or while using tidal for example. But on positive side looks like they have better drivers and better inear fit for running, i will get them when they reach that 100 EUR point :D

Dometalican, 13 Aug 2024So...no new codecs? Meaning it's still operating under... moreI was hoping too for new codec or perhaps Auracast, no even a support and they update their buds every 2 years...
Well, I'm still interested to hear them but a review would be nice, specially in mic captation where Buds 3 Pro or even Sony XM5 aren't the best..

So...no new codecs? Meaning it's still operating under that severely outdated AAC profile with no LDAC or LE (despite the watch supporting LE now)? Absolutely pathetic. My Aurvana Ace 2 which supports Snapdragon Sound w/ AptX lossless is HALF the price of these buds. Even if the ANC isn't as good, audio quality is WAY more important.

Kirin A1 came to mind. Then I realized Google hates Huawei, so it's unlikely they are using that, although they could be similar chipsets

"cancels twice as much noise"
since when do we believe marketing crap? you cannot quantify noise cancelling from my understanding.
