Oh this was expected. If it works for Samsung with different SoC's, if it works for Xiaomi and BBK with global phones inferior to Chinese versions, why it would not work for Google?

    Google really screwing over their own phones this year.

          Nothing new.

          Years ago, the flagship from one major brand had plastic instead of glass for few markets.
          Motorola Edge 40 neo has ufs3.1 and 2.2 ..
          There are brands with different software support across different markets.

              This is totally unacceptable. Gimping their own products just for a specific market.

              Look I'm an android user but when people say "just get an iPhone" you've got to see where they're coming from.

              Fortunately in India they've got way more variety to choose from compared to the UK and EU. They can skip this entirely or get a Pixel 8a.

                  i understand them not putting wifi 7, but no ltpo and still charge like it's on the phone is very google of them (they still have to reduce for using wifi 6 instead of 7).

                      Who is even buying these phones ? They nerf specs for specific markets while already dont give flagship chips on their phones while ask top end flagship prices for their phones. Have they catch on to 8+ gen 1 already with performance ?

                        Google forgot to place them in on the specsheet, don't be fooled by this
